Vesselina came to AdVenture as a consultant, bringing a broad background in project management and organizational development, along with a special skill set that includes coaching related to employee relations, leadership, skill development, and ICQ management. She joined the team of AdVenture in the fall of 2001. Vessy has worked with individuals, corporations, and NGOs in a variety of industries. She obtained B.A. degrees in both Business Administration and Applied Economics from the American University in Bulgaria. She is also a certified mediator.
